"On 26 March 2024, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (“DICA”) issued a new notification on amendment of the fee structure outlined in Notification No. 84/2019. The adjustment specifically pertains to Forms A-1, A-3, A-4, A-6, and A-8.

Effective from 1 April 2024, there will be an increase in the previously reduced fees from 150,000 MMK to 300,000 MMK for the aforementioned forms. This amendment aims to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards and to support the effective functioning of the business environment in Myanmar. As a background, in 2019, the fee of 250,000 MMK was reduced to 150,000 MMK; now it is increased to 300,000 MMK.
