THAILAND DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD IN EFFECT 1ST OF MAY 2025

Starting 1st of May 2025, the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (“TDAC”) will replace the TM.6 immigration paper form. Previously, foreigners entering Thailand, especially by air, would be accustomed to receiving the TM.6 immigration paper form from flight attendants and since July 2022, foreigners arriving in Thailand by air were exempted from completing and submitting the TM.6. It can be said that the TM.6 is being brought back in a digital version via the TDAC.

The TDAC aims at facilitating the entry process for foreigners visiting Thailand, whether entering by land, air, or sea, as well to promote security measures and public health management.

WHO IS TO SUBMIT THE TDAC?

All non-Thai nationals entering the Kingdom of Thailand are required to complete and submit the TDAC online prior to their arrival in Thailand.

WHEN TO SUBMIT THE TDAC?

Foreigners shall complete and submit the TDAC at least 3 days in advance of their arrival in Thailand, including the date of arrival.

WHERE TO SUBMIT?

A specific website was set up by the Thai Immigration Bureau for the TDAC - https://tdac.immigration.go.th – where completion, submission of and updates to the TDAC can be made.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION?

You will need to provide your travel and accommodation information in Thailand as well as your health declaration information in addition to your passport and personal information.

These information can be updated at any time before your arrival in Thailand via the https://tdac.immigration.go.th website.

We hope that this update will help you in preparing for your next trip to Thailand!
